The behaviour and hospitality was very good. The food was fabulous. The swimming pool was more or less maintained. The room was quite big with comfortable beds and very decent decoration.
AC machines didn't work at all. So, they adjusted some money and took NON AC rates from us.

It would be better if they can expand the same service through out Nepal in different cities so that more people can enjoy this quality service, whether they are on pokhara, butwal,kathmandu or beyond.

fantastic place to stay—peaceful, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It’s truly one of the best and quiet spots in Pokhara to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The calm atmosphere makes it perfect for a refreshing getaway. A special thanks to the staff for their warm hospitality and excellent service.
When I visit the property the construction process is going on. But they manged it well.
